Poor Chicken!

My faithful buttercup chicken accurately named "Buttercup" has been the best egg layer I have ever known of. She lays a jumbo egg every day. Since February she has only missed 3 days laying eggs. Two days ago she missed laying an egg..... Well today she made up for it!!! Check out this ginormous egg ! My kids are dying to crack it open and see if it has a double yoke. It towers over the other eggs. The eggs to the left of the big one were all by laid the same chicken. Can you believe it??
Just thinking ouch~Melissa
